Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the start of the dive package will receive a full refund minus any transaction, wire, credit card, or PayPal fees.

Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the start of the dive package but more than 24 hours in advance will receive store credit for dives at a later date.
We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance so that you are reimbursed in case your plans change.

Cancelations within 24 hours are not refundable or eligible to receive.

If you would like to cancel for “n emergency once you have started a dive package, you can receive store credit for the retail (non-package) price of the
dives that have already been completed.

For courses, the applicable rates are $200 per day for recreational levels and $300 per day for technical, sidemount, or overhead environment training.

These situations will be judged on a case by case basis.

Diving and Snorkeling in Cenotes, Cozumel, Whale Sharks and Bull Sharks

Cenotes eco-tourism parks

All the Cenotes parks are owned by the Mayan communities and each one has an access cost that we all pay to the property either for snorkeling or diving

The cost varies for each cenote and this is paid directly at the cenote ticket office.

Diving and snorkeling activities in Cozumel

Cozumel is a Marine Park and has a marine tax for any aquatic activity of $7 us for the preservation and conservation of the coral reef and aquatic life.

To cross to Cozumel we use a ferry that leaves from the station in Playa del Carmen and this has a cost to pay before boarding and the price depends on which ferry company is buying the ticket.

Swim with whale shark activity

The whale shark swim is in an area protected by the government of Quintana Roo and there is a marine tax to pay at the departure marina of the excursion. cost $10us

Diving activity with bull sharks

Every year in winter we receive the bull sharks in Playa del Carmen and to preserve the species and avoid shark poachers, the government of Quintana Roo implements a maritime tax to monitor and control all the boats at the point of sharks.

Card payments terms

Any card payment or transfer applies 7% commission

Invoices or Facturas applies 16% commission

Transportation (pick up and drop off ) from hotels, different cities or other locations is available with an additional extra cost

The cost will be determined by the distance , city and number of people
